What Moves Us When We Unplug?
What Moves Us When We Unplug? – is an international Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that invites young people to step away from constant digital connection and reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them. Through non-formal education, art, storytelling, theatre, outdoor activities and intercultural exchange, participants will explore creativity, well-being and healthier ways of balancing online and offline life. The project promotes meaningful connections, personal reflection and resilience while empowering young people to take initiative, share their perspectives and create positive impact in their communities.
