About the Project
The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "Young Digital Nomads" was born from a genuine need expressed by young people themselves. A group of youth involved in our activities shared their interest in developing digital competencies, learning tools useful in the job-seeking process, and addressing the growing challenges of safety in online spaces including the negative impact of social media on youth development.
This bottom-up initiative brought together organisations from Germany, Serbia, Turkey, Spain, North Macedonia, and Croatia, all sharing a common commitment to equipping young people with the skills and awareness they need to navigate the digital world confidently and responsibly.
The exchange addressed three core themes: digital competencies and employment, online platforms as tools for self-learning and personal development, and safety in digital spaces. Through non-formal education methods and international cooperation, participants were empowered to make smarter, safer, and more purposeful use of digital tools in their everyday and professional lives.
