Youth Entrepreneurship: From Ideas to Action
- Tübingen, Germany 2-9 September 2025
About the Project
The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "Youth Entrepreneurship: From Ideas to Action" brought together 30 young people aged 18–30 from Turkey, Croatia, Spain, Hungary, and Germany for a dynamic six-day programme designed to foster entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking among the next generation of changemakers.
Through a rich mix of workshops, team-building activities, and real-world case studies, participants explored the core foundations of entrepreneurship — from generating business ideas and preparing business plans to understanding financial literacy and building sustainable business models. The exchange created an international learning environment where young people could not only develop practical skills but also connect with peers and mentors who share their drive and ambition.
By combining non-formal education with hands-on entrepreneurial learning, the project aimed to bridge the gap between ideas and action — empowering young people to take confident first steps toward turning their visions into reality.
The "Youth Entrepreneurship: From Ideas to Action" project aimed to:
- Raise young people’s awareness of entrepreneurship concepts, processes, and business planning.
- Encourage innovative thinking and creative problem-solving among participants.
- Connect participants with successful young entrepreneurs to establish mentorship and support networks.
- Strengthen collaboration and experience-sharing among youth from five different countries.
- Provide information on business incubators, funding opportunities, and entrepreneurial tools available to young people.
- Develop personal and professional skills such as leadership, strategic thinking, and resilience.
- Design strategies for sustaining impact and continuing entrepreneurial development after the project’s conclusion.
